I have been in love with hip hop since a young age. I remember at age 5 in Kindergarten I had wrote in my yearbook my favorite song was "Lose Yourself" by Eminem. This early influence came from my mom as she would listen to Eminem, Tupac, Notorious BIG, etc. I would freestyle and record songs on my phone from the age of 13-16. I finally released my first somewhat professional track in my senior year of high school in 2019. I recorded it on my friends equipment in one take. I then went on to release a few small EP's from 2019-2021 with decent local success. 2021 is when I got my own set up and started taking music more seriously.
I found my sound at that time as I make Detroit type rap, very fitting as I am from Bay City, MI. I am 22 years old. My largest musical influences as I have grown up are: Lil Peep, ASAP Rocky, ShittyBoyz, Odd Future, Lil Yatchy, Mac Miller, and Playboi Carti. This is a unique blend I am aware of that lol. I have released 2 projects under my full creative control in 2022, "Exponential Growth" and "Kicking Down Doors". I have done a few small local shows along with put out my first music video for my track called "Vamp Anthem". I have an EP dropping very shortly called "Bagittarius". My engineer Rocket LaFlare, has worked with Babytron, Teejayx6, and 10kkev.
I would say my music is different from most of the artists you hear today; I hope to create music everyday people can have fun and laugh to, but also relate to at the same time. I would say my beat selection along with my witty lyrics are the main appeal of my music. I hope to keep growing in 2022 and expand my exposure past a local level appealing to a larger demographic. I appreciate all the support thus far, musically I am aging like fine wine, bigger and better things to come on the horizon!
