EEG Bio Update

Understanding Who EEG is.

Empathy Entertainment Group (EEG) was founded on September 15, 2020 by England Thomas.

Mr. Thomas has many years of Entertainment Experience beginning at the age of 16. Initially starting out as a nightclub promoter, he quickly worked his way up to nightclub & event security. Talented in assisting management and guest personnel, his effectiveness propelled him into the role of Personal Assistant to Executive Film Producers, whose projects were budgeted at $5 million. He has been trained and mentored by executive teams who create conferences with attendances of 20,000+ people. Mr. Thomas has over 3 years of crowd management experience at concert venues and multi-million dollar nightclubs, as well as 2 years of Operations Management for private events and conventions. To fortify his security knowledge, he spent 3 years in Retail Loss Prevention and Investigations. His primary responsibilities were establishing narratives and attending court on the company’s behalf, to illustrate dishonesty and the intent to steal by those he apprehended. Passionate for serving, he pursued the ultimate sacrifice by joining the Marine Corps Security Forces. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entertainment Business, from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida.  Over the years he noticed the lack of empathy and situations of toxicity throughout the Entertainment Industry. He created Empathy Entertainment Group to reach out to people in the Industry and help them obtain the goals they set for themselves. Mr. Thomas understands serving with Empathy is just as important as who you’re serving.
