This booth fee reserves one (1) vendor space at Vendor Rush for Food vendors only. This spot is exclusively for businesses or individuals whose primary make food under a 10by10 tent.
Before booking, please confirm:
Valid food handler's permit or food safety certification
All cooking equipment must fit within your 10x10 tent space
Vendors are responsible for their own power source if needed
Proper fire safety equipment must be on hand (extinguisher, etc.)
All food must be prepared and handled in accordance with local health codes
Vendors are responsible for their own waste disposal and cleanup
You will Provide your own 10by10 Tent, Tables, and Chairs
You will Provide Empathy Entertainment Group with a COI
All registrations are reviewed and approved by Empathy Entertainment Group after payment. Payment does not guarantee participation. In the event of duplicate menu items or category oversaturation, Vendor Rush reserves the right to remove the most recent bookings. If your application is not approved, you will be contacted directly and a refund will be issued.
Your funds will be refunded if you are not selected to vend at the event.
