Real Crimson Red
Born and raised in Reading PA, Crimson REd has always had a love for music of all genres. Growing up with Heavy metal and Rock he later shifted to Rap/Hip-hop thanks to his childhood best friend.
We were on the bus and he asked if “I ever listened to Kendrick Lamar”? Ever since then he has been inspired and influenced by artists such as J cole, Lil Uzi Vert, and Future to name a few. Everyday after school he would go down to the park and meet up with his friends to play basketball. When ever they were done they would have free style competitions which helped improve his craft.
Crimson always wanted to do music deep down but never perused it. He has A YouTube channel that he used to upload gaming videos on for over six years. But in the back ground he was writing music in the background knowing one day he'd drop. When Crimson first started writing and recording he had a more lyrical approach but neglecting the sonic sound of the songs. When he heard Lil Uzi Vert's 2017 Luv is rage 2 he fell in love with the sound. Around the summer of 2022 Crimson's friend DannyLEANS DM'd him a beat asking what he thought of it? He thought it was great and even started freestyling while listening to it. Thankfully for Crimson Danny wanted him to feature on it.
This would become "G18" which was Crimson's first official release coming from a Collab song. After G18 Crimson would drop his first single "Red Alert" which is his most streamed song currently. Crimson didn’t stop there as he finally opened up from his shell and released more music. The song "Crazy" had a crazy roll out. His instagram and twitter had his banner and profile picture removed and bio erased. For about two weeks he was building up a Character called "Akane". This was his alter ego/Rage form that would be making an appearance on "Crazy". The song it's self is the most critically acclaimed song he has out so far. From the spacey "Woahs" to the fast paced rapping towards the climax of the song. People were tuned into Crimson and wanted to see where the story progressed.
Currently he has a single titled "Party" expected to drop in the middle of December. Following that with an EP coming sometime next year. Combining spacey and psychedelic sounds he wants to push the envelope for Trap and melodic artists to have music you can rage to and also have meaningful lyrics behind every song.
